Message	I was surprised to find out that the standard .150" wall thickness piston pins included in the off the shelf Wiseco forged piston kits are only rated to 600HP by Wiseco. For anything beyond that power level, they recommend upgrading to the .200" wall thickness pins. It sure would be nice if this info was on their website, but it isn't. I know many have exceeded 600HP on the std pins, so take this as a "FWIW" In case anyone is curious, they are constructed out of 5115 steel. JE sells pins made out of tool steel in .170" and .210" wall thickness. They rate their .170" pin at 800HP.
